Sheet form. 27.8x40.5 cm. On the first page a carefully finished drawing (pencil, underpainting in gouache) of a cottage by the river signed "Mikulice", next to it a pencil sketch depicting a manor among the trees signed "Bonarka near Krakow". Signatures made in ink, probably by the artist's hand. In the upper margin a lightly outlined silhouette of a horse, not belonging to any of the compositions mentioned. On the reverse, three pencil sketches depicting rural or suburban buildings, unsigned. Preserved cardboard backing to which the sheet was originally attached. On the lower margin of the underlay a handwritten inscription: "Wladislaw von Czachorski, geb. 1850 +1911". Sheet after expert conservation, slight loss of upper corner, good condition.
