Image form. 9x5.4 cm. On the front side a composition (signed "S") containing the insurgent coat of arms of the Kingdom, Lithuania and Ruthenia with the image of Our Lady of Czestochowa in the center, crowned with a royal crown and a wreath with the motto "Freedom". Below the shield of the coat of arms a crown of thorns with the date 1795 and a sash with the invocation "God save Poland." On the sides blue, white and red flags with the dates: 1772, 1794, 1830, 1793, 1848 and 1863. On the back "Prayer for the Fatherland" and the imprint "Nakładem J. K. Kraków, Mały Rynek" (= Józef Klein). Prominent stains and abrasions.
