Richard Bilan (born 1946) - Israeli graphic artist and painter of Polish descent. As a result of the events of March '68, he emigrated to Israel in 1969. From 1969 to 1973 he studied at the Applied Graphics Department of the Besaleel Academy of Fine Arts and Design, then went to Paris, where he continued to study and create.
