Engraving made for an art competition on the occasion of the International Skiing Competition for the "Cup of the Tatra Mountains" in 1949. Also included in a set that was awarded 1st prize in the graphics section at the national pre-Olympic art competition in 1952.

Biogram
Graphic designer and illustrator; professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow and Warsaw. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under F. Pautsch and W. Weiss. He created series of graphics - etchings depicting street scenes and sports-themed graphics, maintained in an economical style, cover designs, illustrations, ex-librises; at the end of his life he turned to abstraction. He was the author of the textbook "Methods of Artistic Graphics."
