[Our Lady of Ostra Bram]. Image of Our Lady of the Gate of Dawn in metal shirt, Russian product, 1897.
Form. 22.1x17.6x0.8 cm. On the board glued chromolithographed image of the Mother of God (face and hands visible), the whole covered with a shirt embossed in thin sheet gold color (with double crown, radiant nimbus, rich mantle and characteristic crescent). On the lower moulding is printed "Our Lady of Ostra Brama". The underside of the board covered with linen on which a handwritten inscription is visible: "--- January 1908. Souvenir from Ostrobrama." On the bottom edge, on the tin, printed: "Permission to print, Moscow May 3, 1897 Moscow Dean and Pastor of the Roman Catholic Church of SS. Peter and Paul, butler of Pope [!] Leo XIII Canon Otten". On the side edge, also on the plate, printed: "French Society of Metal Products A. Zhako and S-ka in Moscow". Surface abrasions, gilding obliterated in places.
