Rectangular with a wide surround in which a metal container for flowers, closed with a loose lid forming the top, supported on four turned legs held together by an X-shaped joint, of black stained construction, veneered and inlaid on the surround on the lid with bright floral patterns of leaves and floral threads, richly decorated with brass hardware in the classicizing style.
