The carton bears the stamp "From the book collection of arch. Stefan Szyller" - Polish architect and builder, representative of historicism (1857-1933). Committee member of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts, lecturer on architectural compositions as part of the Polytechnic Courses at the Technical Department of the Society for Scientific Courses in Warsaw. Author of designs for the buildings of the Old University Library in Warsaw, the Warsaw University of Technology and the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts in Warsaw, among others.
The Old Audience Room - a room in the Royal Castle designed by Dominick Merlini in 1776-1777; the co-designer of the interior was Marcello Bacciarelli, the author of the supraport and the plafond showing the Thriving of Arts, Sciences, Agriculture and Commerce. The room was the original venue for royal audiences, prior to the furnishing of a throne room in the Grand Suite at the behest of Stanislaw August Poniatowski.
Zaklad Fotograficzny Kostka i Mulert - originally Karol Beyer's establishment at 40 Krakowskie Przedmieście in Warsaw, bought out in 1872 by Julian Kostka and Ludwik Mulert. It operated under this banner until about 1890, when it was bought by a new owner, who changed the name to "Artistic Photography, formerly Kostka and Mulert" - under this name it operated until 1906.
