Depicts the later prime minister shown in bust, in profile. He is seated in a leather armchair, with a faint bouquet of flowers in the background. On the lower margin of the negative the inscription: "I. J. Paderewski." Photo without photographer's stamp. Slight abrasion, overall good condition.
I. J. Paderewski (1860-1941) - pianist, composer, politician, Prime Minister of Poland and Minister of Foreign Affairs, independence activist, professor at the conservatory in Warsaw. One of the most prominent figures in Polish history.
