[ZIN Wiktor]. Handwritten signature of Wiktor Zin under typed response to questions sent by journalist K. Gierlinska. 1970-1971.
Typescript on 3 cards form. A4, without title. Under the text handwritten signature of the author "Wiktor Zin". The professor gives answers to questions about "biography and the beginnings of my interest in architecture", "what I think about the popularization of science", "about the specifics of working in television", "about the formation of the subject matter of my broadcasts". Here the author mentions the publication of his first book ("Beauty Unseen" from 1970) and the reissue that is being prepared (it appeared in 1971). The material thus obtained served K. Gierlinskaya to write an article "Professor Zin in front of the camera," the four-page text of which is attached. Also included is the cover of the 1971 weekly "Stolica" (slightly cut off) with a photo of Wiktor Zin in Warsaw's Old Town. Good condition.
W. Zin (1925-2007) - architect, professor at the Cracow University of Technology, popularizer of knowledge about the history of art, author of the popular television program "With pen and charcoal".
