Decorative print in Latin, executed on parchment with beautiful stylized lettering and ornamentation. In the upper part painted imperial eagle.
Wax seal of the University in a metal tin on a decorative cord. Dimensions of parchment: 58.5 x 76.5 cm. Dimensions of metal tube (period): 62.5 x 5.5 x 16 cm.
Seal with traces of cracks, the upper lid to the seal is also missing.
