Visitor's ticket of Wladyslaw Studnicki (1867-1953), prominent Polish conservative, publicist, from the time of his work, as a consultant at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, 1922-1926 (Franco-Polish Trade and Industry Agency).

Wladyslaw Studnicki-Gizbert (born November 15, 1867 in Dyneburg, died January 10, 1953 in London) - Polish politician and publicist, member of the provisional board of the Polish Military Treasury in 1912. A supporter of Poland's cooperation with the Third Reich.
In the Second Republic he worked as head of the Statistical Department of the Civilian Board of the Eastern Territories (1919-1921), consultant to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (1922-1926) , consultant to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1928-1930), lecturer at the Institute of Commercial and Economic Sciences in Vilnius (1930-1934). Above all, however, he was an active publicist, the author of many books and newspaper articles on such topics as Polish-German cooperation, the Baltic countries, among others, in 1935 he published the book The Political System of Europe and Poland, in which he advocated the creation of a bloc of Central European states based on Poland and Germany. In 1935 and 1938 he ran unsuccessfully for election to the Polish Sejm.
