[RÓŻEWICZ Tadeusz]. Short handwritten letter from Tadeusz Różewicz to Ewa Kierska, dated. 28 VI 1984 (?).
Single-sided manuscript on ark. 22.5x10.5 cm. The poet notifies that he has not found the addressee and will make a renewed attempt to meet the next day. He adds that the Porębscy are expecting a visit from Adam Hoffmann (not mentioned here by name), husband of painter Ewa Kierska. Under the letter the signature "T. R.". The letter to Kierska probably belongs to those "pieces of paper that the poet used to slip into the door of his apartment on Biskupia Street in Krakow when he didn't find her at home" (Muz. Pan Tadeusz). Enclosed is an envelope addressed by Różewicz to the same recipient from 2005. Correspondence between the artists: the writer and the painter, is kept at the Pan Tadeusz Museum in the Ossolineum in Wrocław. Good condition.
