Lot description
Diploma awarded to soldiers of the Polish Army for participation in the fight against the German invaders. Decorated with patriotic graphics, depicting tanks and infantry. In the center is placed a shield with two swords referring to Grunwald with an eagle perched on the shield.
On the sides there is a list of the most important battles in which the soldiers took part - from Spain (Madrid 1936) through Westerplatte, Monte Cassino to Berlin (1945).
Dimensions: 36cm x 28cm.
