The plebiscite in Upper Silesia (German: Volksabstimmung in Oberschlesien) - one of two plebiscites concerning the ethnic Polish-German borderland, which was designated in 1919 in the Versailles peace treaty that ended World War I. The plebiscite was held on March 20, 1921, and was preceded by two uprisings by the people of Upper Silesia demanding that the region be annexed to Poland.
The leaflet has an 8 cm long tear ending in a loss. Also, loss of the lower margin.
