With this message Mussolini wants to reassure the Fuhrer and at the same time have the certainty of the German alliance "... that the troops of the Axis fraternally united in the liberation of Cyrenaica ..." will continue with "... the immutable purpose of marching shoulder to shoulder in victory" - Signed MUSSOLINI lower right.
