A sheet of paper with a 7 and 1/2 kopecks stamp and a watermark depicting the coat of arms of Russia, the Polish-Russian Legend and the date 1839.

A sheet of paper, folded in half, measuring about 31 x 37 cm. There are two stamps on the sheet. One with the coat of arms of Russia and the inscription 7 and 1/2 kopecks (in Russian) and KOP. SIEDEM I PÓŁ (in Polish). The other seal is the coat of arms of Alexander II. The paper has a super watermark: Coat of Arms of Russia with legend in Polish and Russian PAPER UNDER STEMPEL, PRICE 7 1/2 COPIES OF THE YEAR 1839. All framed by a cartouche. Paper in good condition, tears at folds.
