A proclamation addressed to Poles informing them of the establishment of the Provisional Council of State of the Kingdom of Poland (a provisional government in the Polish territory occupied after the retreating Russian army), whose task will be to prepare a parliament, a constitution, an administration and a modern army. The proclamation ends with a call for hard work and sacrifice to achieve full Polish independence. Dimensions 68 x 49 cm. Folded paper, partially glued on cardboard for protection. Radzki placard.
