Single-sided print on ark. 25x20.7 cm. Cardinal Glemp's letterhead with his colorful coat of arms in the upper left corner. Under the text the signature of Jozef Cardinal Glemp as Primate of Poland and Fr. G. Kalwarczyk, Chancellor of the Curia. Primate's seal there. The lower part of the sheet probably cut off, without harm to the content of the document. Very good condition.
