J. Dobraczyński (1910-1994) - writer and Catholic activist, participant in the September campaign and the Warsaw Uprising, member of the "Pax" Association, author of, among others, "Nicodemus Letters". In 1953 he headed the editorial committee of "Tygodnik Powszechny", deprived by the communists of its journalistic team; during martial law he headed the Patriotic Movement for National Revival (PRON), created by the authorities.
