The document specifies in detail the terms of the transaction, it bears official seals, on a glued sheet the District Court in Rzeszow approves this contract. H. Tarnowski (1844-1945) - political activist, publicist, landowner, participant in the Polish-Czech-Slovak war for Cieszyn Silesia and the Polish-Bolshevik war. He was a co-founder of the Conservative Party, publisher of the conservative-monarchist magazine "Pro Fide, Rege et Lege" (1926-1928). After the war, he was expropriated and forced to leave his estate.
