[SZYMBORSKA Wisława]. Signature and handwritten annotation of Wislawa Szymborska on a card thanking her for her congratulations on the awarding of the Nobel Prize to the egg, dated. 5 XI 1996.
Card form. postcard printed: "Thank you very much for the congratulations given to me on the occasion of my being awarded the Nobel Prize." Below, the poet has affixed her signature and added "My best thoughts I enclose!". Preserved original envelope addressed by the poet's hand. Very good condition.
W. Szymborska (1923-2012) - poet, essayist, critic, translator, columnist, winner of the Nobel Prize in literature in 1996, founder of the Association of Polish Writers in 1989.
