Printed 1 p., filled in by hand. Dimensions 11.9 x 9 cm. Contains signatures of the then president of the branch, Dr. Kazimierz Ostrowski, and the secretary of the horse branch of "Sokol" in Cracow.
Very rare.
Stanislaw Bujwid (1895-1951) - lieutenant of reserve cavalry of the Polish Army, engineer, decorated with the Cross of Independence and the Cross of Valour. During World War I he fought in the ranks of the 1st and 2nd Cavalry Regiments of the Polish Legions. In 1917 he completed a cavalry officer course in Ostroleka. He took an active part in the capture of Przemysl, Janow and Lviv, where he distinguished himself with valor and was appointed second lieutenant by Gen. Roja. After the dissolution of the Officers' Legion, he was assigned to the operational group of Maj. Gen. J. Lesniewski. By the new commander of the group, Lt. Gen. Jędrzejewski, he was appointed his personal adjutant. He took part in the Polish-Bolshevik war. He died on May 30, 1951.
