At: Foundation warszawa1939.pl we find the following information: "Shelter House (Przytułek) Ubogich Starców i Orphans Starozakonnych Wolska 18. Established: around 1843 on land donated to the Jewish Community by Isaac Simon Rosen. On the plot of land between Wolska and Leszno streets there were individual buildings of the shelter, among them the shelter building erected in 1847 according to the design of A. Gołoński (which also housed a synagogue), a one-story building at the corner of Wolska and Karolkowa streets, and a new building erected in 1927 on the side of Leszno 127 Street, to which the House of Care for Abandoned Jewish Children was moved from Plocka 26 Street. Demolished: It was the only one (except for the building at Leszno 127) to survive the Second World War - it was demolished after 1947."
The offered "List of costs ..." may refer to this very aforementioned Shelter House.
