RYDZYNA. Contract dated 3.X.1789 between brothers Christopher and Jerzy Baudett and Johan Rauhut for the purchase of a meadow measuring 88x200 steps for the sum of 350 guilders (i.e. Polish zlotys). The document was drawn up by Rydzyna notary Jacob Angendorff in the presence of Rydzyna mayor Christian Mulcke. A very rare document due to the fact that the mayor affixed the document with a wafer seal of the town with the coat of arms of Rydzyna. Such a seal is practically absent, German, 4 pp. of which 2 written, st. bdb., folio.
