Warsaw, most probably October 1918 / card printed on one side / 23 x 15,5 cm / very good condition; slight fold on the right side, inscription in pencil in one place
PPS leaflet calling for a general strike as proof of resistance against both the partitioners and the German-appointed Regency Council, perceived as a reactionary and pro-occupation body. The PPS, a party of great merit in the independence cause, openly calls in the leaflet for, among other things, the abolition of the occupation, the holding of free quintuple elections (with the admission of women) and the release of political prisoners.
