Bailiff of the Warsaw Municipal Court, Konstanty Chęciński orders the publishing house Gebethner and Wolff not to pay the amount of 200 zloty and to transfer it to the construction company. The famous writer and poet Artur Oppman (1877-1931) was president of a housing cooperative. During the so-called Great Depression, the cooperative went into debt and Oppman, as president, was charged with these debts. Bailiff's circular stamp and autograph. Good condition.
