Typescript in Russian of a preliminary deed drawn up in Minsk in 1918 at the home of Polish notary Eugeniusz Malinowski after the Bolsheviks were removed by Poles and Belarusians and under the authority of the German army. Aleksandra Mielnicka, daughter of General Walerian Mielnicki, sells land in the Samochwałowicze estate near Minsk to Andrzej Volosewicz and Tekla Poźniak. Ink stamp and autograph of Malinowski. Tsarist tax stamps. Handwritten annotation in Polish dated 5 XI 1919 from the time of the occupation of Minsk by the troops of the Second Republic, autographed by Mielnitskaya and the two counterparts. Another annotation in Polish dated 6 XI 1919 by Polish notary Jan Boryczewski (?) confirming the autographs. Ink seal with the Polish Eagle. Another addendum in Polish from April 1920 confirming previous arrangements and setting a deadline for legal action until May 1, 1921. However, in 1921 Minsk was no longer part of Poland. Interesting document showing ownership changes at the time. Folding marks, tearing of these areas, fraying of margins.
