The Mokotowska 55 field hospital in the building belonging to the Franciscan Sisters had been operating since August 1. Hospital rooms on the first and second floors were prepared for 50 beds. An operating room was also set up on the first floor. On September 20, as a result of artillery shelling, the building was damaged.
