The signature of Mayor Dobrzanski was confirmed by the President and Secretary General of the Ruling Senate of the Free City of Krakow on May 9, 1835.
The president at the time was: Kasper Wielogłowski coat of arms Starykoń (died 1846 or 1847) - landowner, extraordinary state councillor, castellan senator of the Congress Kingdom, president of the Ruling Senate of the Free City of Cracow, minister in the insurgent government during the Cracow Uprising."
