Leaflet print with a proclamation prepared by the National Democratic Party for the first parliamentary elections in the Russian Empire in 1906, which were to increase the autonomy of the Kingdom of Poland. The election was a two-stage process - those eligible first elected delegates [for Warsaw, a total of 83 representatives], who then selected two deputies from among themselves to take part in the work of the Duma in St. Petersburg. SND anonymously, as the proclamation only states that the initiative is backed by "a group of respectable people, regardless of which party or state they belong to," called on voters of all the individual districts to nominate candidates for the people listed in the leaflet.
The printout lists the names of the candidates, including Jan Gadomski - editor of "Gazeta Polska" and Henryk Konic - attorney-editor of "Gazeta Sądowa."
