Ewa Curie Labouisse (1904-2007) - French-Polish writer, journalist, pianist and politician. Daughter of Marie Sklodowska-Curie and Pierre Curie, younger sister of Irène Joliot-Curie, sister-in-law of Frédéric Joliot.
Author of one of the most important biographies of Marie Sklodowska-Curie (1867-1934), first published in 1937 (in Poland in 1938).
In 1937, Polish President Ignacy Moscicki awarded Ève with the Officer's Cross Polonia Restituta in recognition of her services to making Poland's name famous.
