File of various documents belonging to Stanislaw Chyba.
- Name card. Dimensions ca. 44.5 x 30.5 cm, p. 2, color biordiure on front with inscription "Cordial greetings on the name day of 1/1 1913. To the venerable manager, the Honorable Mr. Mieczyslaw Seidl, are offered by the grateful Monteys". On p. 3 handwritten names, below handwritten signatures of 7 people (Jaworski Piotr, Kazimierz Przezina, Michajluk Leon, Serber Ferdinard and others). Distinctive folding marks, soiled and uncut pages, punch marks.
- Certificate. 18.X.1943. dimensions ca. 18 x 20 cm. One page certificate from the 24th Uhlan Regiment regarding not having an officer's card. Certificate in Polish and English, signature of Major Karski, two stamps of the Regiment. Distinct signs of storage, not faded paper and ink, stamps in very good condition.
- Driving authority card. 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade. 28. II. 1942-1945. dimensions ca. 7.5 x 10 cm. Two-sided authorization card. On the front the authorization in English, Poland stamp. On the back, stamp in Polish Polish and stamp of the 10th Cavalry Brigade. Unwarranted soiling and rubbing of the card.
- Photo card of the grave of Stanislaw Chyba. On the back the stamp of the British Cemetery with the location of the grave and the notation Langannerte Polish. Dimensions ca. 12 x 7 cm. Good condition.
- Portrait, caricature. Head of a man (I think). Signed by SAWKA 1934. ca. 19 x 14.5 cm. Illustrated on cardboard. Good condition, not too shabby.
- ID card. Ser. B. No. 368503. issued in Lviv on July 13. 1935. dim. ca. 12.5 x 8.5 cm, p. 2, photo and signature of Stanislaw Chyba, stamps of Magistrat Król. Stol. City of Lviv, stamp and signature of the manager Dr. Katz. Dirt and non. rubbing of pages.
- 5 photographs. Size ca. 9 x 6,5 cm. Black and white photos depict a waterfall, a statue of Adam Mickiewicz, a hostel in the mountains, the Garnier Opera House and two men (Stanislaw Chyba in the foreground). Good condition.
- Evacuation card. Head Plenipotentiary of the Provisional National Government of the Republic of Poland. September 18, 1943. dimensions ca. 21 x 14 cm. Evacuation card from the territory of the Ukrainian SSR. A card on probably Catherine. Card in Polish and Russian. Two stamps (Polish and Russian). Clear traces of composition, non yellowing and abrasion of the card, non rubbing (no loss of text).
- Evacuation card. Head Plenipotentiary of the Provisional National Government of the Republic of Poland. September 17, 1943. dimensions ca. 21 x 14 cm. Evacuation card from the territory of the Ukrainian SSR. Card in the name of Czesław (Lesław?), probably. Card in Polish and Russian. Two stamps (Polish and Russian). Clear signs of folding, non yellowing and abrasion of the card, non rubbing (no loss of text).
- Evacuation card. Head Plenipotentiary of the Provisional National Government of the Republic of Poland. September 17, 1943. dimensions ca. 21 x 14 cm. Evacuation card from the territory of the Ukrainian SSR. Card on Weidlich Ludwik. Card and stamps in Polish and Russian. Distinctive signs of composition, non-yellowing and abrasion of the card, non-fraying in three places (without loss of text), non-tear of composition.
- Telegram. 1918 ( ?). Cable no. 1192. dimensions ca. 20.5 x 22 cm. Single page telegram. Sejdlowa Chyba Zielona 99 Lvov. "Dobrowolnym jencom zlotych kajdanych szczesc boze, vishovna". Fold marks, yellowing and rubbing of card.
- Folded card with a photo of a man in uniform. Size ca. 13.5 x 9.5 cm. Stamp on the back of the photo with the date 18 Jan 1943. Slide-in photo, protective slipcase with typed signature "Geoffreys, Leeds, Glasgow, etc.". On inside cover of cardboard box handwritten address of Andy Abbott to Catherine Chyba (mother) and Czeslaw Chyba (brother), signature of Stanislaw Chyba at bottom.Good condition, no stains.
- Letters of Stanislaw Chyba. Dimensions ca. 21 x 13.5 cm. 9 letters to "Dear Marysieńka" dated IV-VI. 1931. Condition b. good.
