Its full text is: "Certificate of Execution of Contribution Duty. 384004. P. ...... paid in accordance with my summons of February 5, 1944, as his share of the contribution of zlotys. 100,000,000 imposed on the Polish population of the city of Warsaw and its immediate environs by an order of the German authorities dated February 2, 1944, the sum of Zl. 30,- (thirty) which I hereby state Commissar Mayor of Warsaw [illegible signature] Warsaw, February-March 1944."
