The placard printed in Poland in the city of Lublin after its occupation by Austrian troops. It announces the exchange of ruble bills, even damaged ones at the normal rate. Warns those who spread false information about buying these banknotes at lower rates that they will be subject to punishment. Dimensions 49 x 31 cm. Folded paper. Other than that, no damage, in very good condition.
