Hrechyshno estate south of Lida and the Neman River, in the vicinity of the villages of Bondary, Sielec, Gezgaly, Koski, now defunct. Names recurring in the collection include Valerian Rafalovich, Vera Gordonova
Extensive collection, including:
- drawings depicting buildings and an overview plan , dated 1895 , sheet 45.5 x 44 cm, folded, description in Russian;
- sketch manuscript map of the estate, dated 1890, sheet 71.5 x 54.5, folded, in Russian;
- sketch manuscript map of the estate from 1891, sheet 83.5 x 61.5, folded, in Russian;
- manuscript color map of the estate "Odrys from an engraving located at the collection of documents of the Nhip book. 5532.), in Polish, folded, sheet 67 x 74.5 cm, with the title " Plan of the Vilna land, Lidzki district, part of the former Bielecki forest under the name of Hreczyszno Estate. Zapszed by Engineer George son of Karl Gonig from nobleman V.J. Rafalowicz;
- Manuscript map showing "Plan of the land of the property of Vera Gordonova in the city of Lida at N21 Pereca Street located". , approved by the Municipal Board of the city of Lida on 28.February 1934, drawn up in 1932 by the Sworn Surveyor Jan Nienartowicz;
- collection of documents, letters, letters concerning tax and insurance matters, reminders, installment payments, mainly from 1938-39, most in Polish, a few loose sheets in Russian, own notes;
- letters and notes(in Russian?) from ca. 1906-16, several pieces;
- notarial deeds/copies/copies, usually handwritten, in Russian, sometimes with later additions/translations/explanations by later notaries, dates appearing on documents: from 1897(Polish additions 1898 and probably after 1945), from 1915, from 1911(?), 1888, 1865,1865(?), 1857, 1864, 1864, 1842(?), 1894, 1890, 1888, 1914;
- notarial deeds with Polish translation, dated 1921, 1917, 1926 - including deed of purchase/sale between Rafalovich and Gonig;
- inheritance matters: notarized certificate of birth of Aleksander Margolis-Gordon, from the office of Severyn Bohuszewicz in Vilna, dated 1924, decision of the Lida District Court dated 1930, copy dated 1921(with annotations dated 1922) on entrusting custody of property after Maria Rafalovich to her daughter Vera of Rafalovichs Gordonowa(Margolis-Gordon) copy of inheritance proceedings dated 1922, after Valerian Rafalovich, a copy on the continuation of payment of installments, related to the inheritance of the property(which was covered by repayments), a Russian print(certificate from the Orthodox church, perhaps on the death of V. Rafalovich?), a copy of the protocol with a description of the property in Hrechishna, the then owner Ratomski evaded repayment to the previous owner Vera Gordonova, a statement - commitment to repay the forest to Vera Margolis-Gordonova , submitted by members of the Rafalovich family;
-2 applications to the Mixed Settlement Commission (under the Peace Treaty signed in Riga on 18. March 1921) in Warsaw filled out in 1927, one with the confirmation of the Board of Directors of the Union for the Defense of Property of Poles Injured in the Territory of B. Russian Empire..., with 3 receipts confirming payments at the Vilnius Branch of the Property Defense Union (membership fees of Vera/Veronika Gordonova);
- excerpt/mask from Novgorod Provincial Gazette No. 10. item 63., p. 104, pertaining to remuneration for the "Kołyszki" property in the Lida municipality and district, seized for the benefit of the State Treasury;
- Enforcement order in the name of the Republic of Poland dated February 10, 1927, regarding the reassignment of the claim of Valentina Honig(Gonig) in favor of Vera Gordonova and Maria Rafalovich, with the seal of Antoni Sitarz, Bailiff at the District Court in Vilnius;
- Registration Receipt of Property (lost) filed with the Vilnius Branch of the Union for the Defense of Property of Poles Damaged in the Territory of the Former Russian Empire(3 copies)
- 1 Russian-language bank booklet with current account balances from 1911, several entries up to 1915;
- 2 Russian-language booklets of the State Savings Bank, prints from 1914, entries from 1916;
- Russian-language policy/bond(?) naming Lidzki Credit/Mutual Insurance Company (?) dated 1910(no coupons);
- Russian-language installment schedule at the State Bank from 1915;
- a saved postcard with a view of Molodechno, with a postmark dated July 6, 1939;
- photograph of grandmother with children from 1933, 6 small photographs for ID card;
- certificate from the Magistrate of M. Lida dated 1926 regarding the living conditions of V. Gordonova, for court purposes;
- Executive title on behalf of the Republic of Poland dated May 13/31, 1930 by the Vilnius Court of Appeals, in the case of V. Gordonowa and M. Rafalovich v. Valentina Honig,with the bailiff's annotations regarding the execution of the judgment;
- Russian-language manuscript official letter dated 1864;
- Decision on behalf of the Republic of Poland of the 1st Civil Department of the District Court in Lida, dated 1931, in the case of the assertion of the inheritance rights of Maria Rafalovich, who died in 1923(bad condition)
- Notice from the Magistrate of the city of Lida dated February 26, 1920, on the assessment of tax for a property in Lida;
- Vera Gordonova's summons issued by the Executive Department of the District Civic Committee for Winter Assistance to the Unemployed in Lida, dated November 22, 1938, regarding the obligatory "sacrifice" for the unemployed(in connection with the occupation of a 4-chamber apartment);
- Russian certificate of awarding an order(?) from 1897;
- letters from the Tax Office and the Lida City Board - payment orders and confirmations of payments for property taxes in Lida from 1938 and 1939, a reminder dated July 11, 1939. to which a letter from the Lida City Board dated June 28, 1939 on the amount of benefits in kind, a Call for Payment dated August 29(in connection with the obligation of individuals and legal entities.... in the field of preparing personnel for anti-aircraft and anti-gas defense in peacetime(with a payment receipt dated September 8, 1939;
- a copy of the decision on behalf of the Republic of Poland of the Civil Department of the Grodno District Court regarding the inheritance of Valerian Rafalovich, father of Vera Gordonova and husband of Maria Rafalovich, of the property located in Liga(with a pledge , due to him from Jerzy Gonig);
- a copy of the Order on behalf of the Republic of Poland issued by the Second Civil Department of the Vilnius District Court in 1923, in the case of recognizing Vera Gordonova's husband as missing(since 1912), in order to appoint a guardian of the rights and property of the same in the person of Vera;
- proceedings of the Vilna District Court in the matter of paying Vera Gordonova for the promissory note of Adolf Kopcia, in favor of Nochim Zinger;
- Russian-language notarial letter dated 1933;
- official Bills of Exchange blanks, 5pc, unfilled, only the names at the bottom inscribed: a) Michael and Nadziei Sciepużyński ; b) 2 copies. Stefan Wojciechowski ; c) in Russian some Maksim and Anna; d) Vera Gordonova;
- Russian-language official letter(notarial?) dated 1866;
- promissory note issued by Nikolai Rafalovich for Vera Gordonova, protested by the Jewish People's Bank in Bielica, in 1931, as a result of non-payment of the note, with the seal of the Secretary of the Lida District Court with a payment order;
- the proceedings of the Vilnius District Court, with added stamps and descriptions from the bailiff's proceedings of 1932-33, as a result of the failure to settle a promissory note issued by Adolf Kopcia to N. Zinger, which Vera Gordonova wanted to settle;
- old, slightly deteriorated skai wallet;
- pre-war stiff binding/cover for ID card, upholstered in green cloth;
- Savings Booklet [issued] by the Communal Savings Bank of the Lida district in Lida with entries from January to the end of August 1939, belonging to Vera Gordonova.


Condition: documents often tattered, more or less folded, some crumpled, often with tears, a few in worse condition with larger tears, pages loose.
