Plan of the city elaborated. by architect W. B. Clarke, engraved by T. E. Title inside the plan in the upper left. Three linear scales in the upper left corner. Inside the plan, at the top right an explanation of the signs (against the background of "Muster Square"). On the lower frame small silhouettes of 16 major buildings of the capital with captions. Under the frame signatures of the draughtsman, publisher and engraver, as well as a linear scale regarding the facades of the buildings. Verso clean. Very good condition.
