Polish Eagle for cap made of steel, badge in the form of an eagle with wings spread upwards, crowned eagle sitting on an amazon shield.
The eagle was made for the use of the Home Army for Operation Storm. The eagles were commonly used during the Warsaw Uprising and were most likely made in Warsaw.
This version of the eagle is mentioned in Tomasz Zawistowski's book. "Polish Eagles on Hats 1939-45" on page 191, illustration 367.
