Szymon Kobylarz is one of the most recognizable artists on the Polish art scene. Born in 1981. Painter, visual artist, creator of installations as well as objects and sculptures. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, where he received his diploma in 2007. In 2015 he received his doctoral degree from his alma mater. His works have been repeatedly shown in Poland and abroad. He is a two-time grantee of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. He lives and works in Katowice.
