A very rare variant of the late Cracow trojak.
Mint engraver's error - infinite date on the stamp - it is 16^9 instead of 1619 (the numeral I is missing).
Variety not described in Iger, highly valued in the specialized catalog by Nechitayla, Ermashenko and Zamechovsky, where it is additionally illustrated with this piece.
