In 1616, Jakub Jacobson became the head of the Bydgoszcz mint, and in 1621 he resumed the issuance of the shilling, and in 1623 he changed its iconography. The shilling with the shields of the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and the Vasa dynasty on the reverse, with the full date in the rim.
