Obverse: crowned royal bust in plate armor, to the right, in the rim legend:

Reverse: denomination III, below it in a row the Eagle of the Crown, the coat of arms of the Dragon Teeth of the Batory family in an ornamental cartouche and the Coat of Arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below it the legend in three lines:
GROS*ARG/TRIP*REG/POLONIAE; below the legend the Przegonia coat of arms in a shield of arms, on the sides of which are the date 15-82 and the initials I-D of Jan Dulski of Przegonia coat of arms - Grand Treasurer of the Crown in 1581-1590.
