The first type of crown penny of King Stefan Batory, being the first penny of the city of Olkusz.

A distinctive issue with an eagle with the king's family coat of arms, instead of the shield of the Republic on the reverse.

A very rare variety with a tall, narrow head of the king (separating the legend at the top).
