Reverse: crowned, five-field escutcheon with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Ciołek coat of arms of the Poniatowskis, the coats of arms of the RON on red plaster; the escutcheon encompassed by a ribbon of orders with the Order of the White Eagle and a palm-oak wreath; under the escutcheon the denomination mark of the 6th ZŁ, along the rim the legend:
