Silesia-Prussia, Frederick II the Great (1740-1786), imitation of the August II 1755 B Leipzig sixpence, Wroclaw.
An interesting imitation made at the Breslau Mint from silver of a lower grade
than ordinary sixpences in order to flood areas of the Kingdom of Poland with inferior coinage.
On the obverse is a bust of the Prussian king with his titulature, on the reverse is a stylized
Polish-Saxon shield of arms, but with griffins and eagles.
Silver, weight 3.25 grams, diameter 23.7 mm
