Coat of arms shield " in cap and with epaulettes". Additional decorations in the upper part (cap) and on the sides of the coat of arms shield (epaulettes) - rare.
Inscription variation with the titulature of the king SIGIS .... PRV M in the rim on the obverse.

Crown over coat of arms shields with inner arches, without rosettes on fleurons, unpreserved.
Labrets on the sides of the coat of arms shields in the form of a spiral with a short arm ending in a rosette.
