A variant with the PRVS M legend tip, with labrys in the shape of open wormholes.

Obverse: half-figure of Sigismund III Vasa facing right. The epaulet with two rows ofcirclesbetweenwhich rosettes are placed. Thewing with rosettes contains an additional threecircles. Afour-cornered crown with four circles in the inter-cornered space. An apple with two bands of jewels. Lower hemisphere with spot decoration. The king holds a broad sword with two shavings and a beveled hilt.Lineated sash. The surface of the sash contains circles. The edges of the sash are also constructed of hoops. The broad chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece contains only flints constructed of two double-barreled segments. Both belts of the apple jewels contain rosettes. On the upper hemisphere, one hoop each is placed on the sides of the vertical jewel belt. Below the horizontal jewel belt, circles arranged in two rows are visible. The bowwith two joined ribbons is covered with hoops, in the outer rim the legend:

Reverse: A five-field shield with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the House of Vasa, crowned with a crown with a closed rim with 3 cross-shaped jewels, without fleurons, with a reticulated background, topped with a royal apple; On the sides of the shield the date 16-22 and labrys in the shape of snails, in a corded rim, in the outer rim a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of Sas Podskarbie Mikołaj Daniłowicz in a Polish type shield:
