A very nice piece with lots of luster.

First vintage of Cracow sixpences of the variety with the date in the rim.

Coin from the collection of Dariusz Pączkowski illustrated in his catalog of sixpences published in No. 9 of the Warsaw Numismatic Diary.

Obverse: crowned royal bust, wearing armor and cloak, with a tubular orifice, to the right, in a pearl border, in the outer border a legend separated by the Sas coat of arms, of the Great Crown Treasurer Nicholas Danilovich:
SIGIS:III-D:G--:REX-POL:M:D:L-;

Reverse: crowned shields with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Snopes coat of arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, in the pearl border, in the outer border the legend:
