A beautiful mint piece with a very well-preserved mint luster.

Obverse: royal bust wearing crown, and armor, with tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim a legend punctuated by Jan Firlej's Lewart coat of arms in a shield:
SIGISM III-D:G-REX-PO M D L;

Reverse: denomination III, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pogo of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, on their sides stars below the legend in three lines:
GROS-ARG:/TRIP:REG-/POLONI-, below it the date and mint initial 16K04;
