Obverse: royal bust wearing a crown, and armor, with a tubular orifice seen from above, to the right, in the rim a legend with punctuation in the form of dots SIG III D - G REX PO M D L;
Reverse: denomination .III., below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pose of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, next to the Eagle the letter P, below it a legend in two lines with punctuation: GROS ARG/TRIP R PO, below it the coat of arms of Levart in a shield, on the sides 16 - 00 between the stars;
