A variety with the mint initial on the left side of the Lewart coat of arms, with a bust of type 38 according to the typology of D. Marzęta.
Obverse: royal bust in crown, armor and cloak, with tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim legend:

Reverse: denomination mark III, below it the coats of arms of the Crown Eagle, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty and the Pose of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, below it the legend in three lines GROS ARG/TRI REG/POLONI, below it the Lewart coat of arms in a shield, between the mint initial L and the abbreviation of the date 98;
